Program Participation Requirements and Incentives:

• DEADLINE TO APPLY: APRIL 10, 2024 5PM EST
• There are a limited number of spots for this program! All in-house participants must apply and meet the requirements of the program. SABA NA will notify selected in-house participants no later than the end of April.
• Participants are required to attend 3-5 pitch sessions (30 minutes each) with outside counsel or strategic vendors. Meeting times will be scheduled in advance, so that participants and firms have the opportunity to plan around conference programming.
  • Note: Meetings are scheduled throughout Friday and Saturday, often during CLE sessions. A limited number of meetings will be made available on Thursday before the conference starts. In-house participants should anticipate that no more than one meeting will be completed on Thursday.
• Participants must complete a short feedback form for each completed pitch session.
• Upon completion of the program, SABA NA will refund in-house participants the amount they paid to register for conference (based on whether they paid early bird or regular pricing).
  • Note: More than one employee from a company may attend pitch sessions, but only one attorney/company will be selected to receive the refunded registration.
• While there is no obligation to hire outside counsel or vendors, we hope that you will consider the participating firms and vendors.
• In some cases, these sessions can also be used as learning opportunities for associates and junior partners.
